This estimate covers a complete Audio, Video & Lighting infrastructure upgrade for Mission City Church in Fort Worth, TX — prepared for Pastor Chad Overton.
The scope includes a full stage lighting and house lighting packages Featuring Chauvet Pro, and HOG 5 lighting control, a broadcast video system featuring the latest Blackmagic Design Broadcast Quality Cameras and Video Processing, and common area distributed video.
Additionally, a redesign of audio control systems featuring Allen & Heath, Shure ULXD and RF Venue for excellent RF and audio control while still providing access to 3rd party house mixing infrastructure. Additional allowance for EAW PA expansion including fills and delays as determined by final architectural plans.

Installation Process & Scope of Work
The Mission City Church full AVL installation is a multi-phase project covering audio, video, and lighting systems across the sanctuary, broadcast room, lobby, and stage areas in Fort Worth, TX.
Site Assessment & Planning
Coordinate with the church, architect, and project managers to confirm routing, rigging, electrical, and finalize product selections.
Mechanical & Pre Wire
Install the key lighting truss and pipe grid, as well as all overhead rigging involving lift work and aerial access.
Complete the lighting, audio, and video infrastructure, pulling all cable and landing racks.
Lighting Installation
Install low-voltage cabling for the House Pendant fixtures, RDM controller, as well as all stage lighting.
Audio System Installation
Install all audio control systems, RF devices, and additional PA. Add new audio cabling, floor pockets, patch plates, and complete installation of acoustic panels.
Video System Installation
Install the Blackmagic video control devices and all cameras. Build out the broadcast suite with the video rack and studio desk.
Implement all distributed video screens.
Programming, Commissioning & Training
Program all consoles and equipment, optimize audio tuning and frequency coordination, and provide a final walkthrough and training for the Mission City Church team.
